Project Design and Management

Due to the mastery of project design, and with more than 10 years of experience with organizations, in which I have completed several projects. projets, et nanti d’une expérience de plus de 10 ans auprès des organisations, au sein desquels j’ai conduit à terme plusieurs projets.

The most recent of my challenges is:

The project of an incubator and a coworking space. Close to the proposals of social and solidarity economy, economy of communion and any form of inclusive economy; with the main objective of giving access to a wide range of resources as well as to an experienced entrepreneurial network; to young people with a business idea with social or environmental impact. Thus, to make it possible for each young person to be self-employed, to get out of unemployment by creating a business

One of the results achieved by the project so far has been to strengthen the relationships between the different organizations being incubated, to provide technical assistance to set up a minimum of 20 companies in the field and to mature a minimum of 50 business ideas. And this, by conducting various activities such as training workshops on entrepreneurial skills, hosting startups, and providing them with assistance in the administrative, accounting and tax management of companies.

During the project, Cameroon experienced a social crisis and the project quickly evolved, we trained more than 305 vulnerable people (internally displaced person) in income-generating activities (shoe making, baby clothes production and soap making), in addition to the initial goal we had set. This allowed us to concretely experiment with the theory of change in our context.

As project coordinator, I have been responsible from the beginning for designing the project, seeking financial support to continue the activities, implementing the project, leading a team of 4 volunteers, getting in touch with new mentors who are experienced entrepreneurs, reporting to donors and any other stakeholders. At the end of the first three years of the project, my team and I were able to express our satisfaction for such a good work done with the collaboration of all the beneficiaries, the different organizations that collaborate with us and the donors. We are smiling about the future of this project which reveals providential signs.
